Forgiveness, restorative justice and reconciliation in sustainable peacebuilding: contemporary debates and future possibilities

Since the mid 1990s, growing attention has been given in scholarly debate and public sphere to forgiveness, restorative justice reconciliation peacebuilding. These concepts have reflected upon highlighted as core components of restoring right relationships sustainable peacebuilding: at first focusing mainly on individuals relations between them later well communities states sphere. Attempts better understand forgiveness relation peacebuilding address also critical issue how safeguard integrate processes into peace processes.
